PICZ is targeting agricultural insurance market

Professional Insurance Corporation of Zambia (PICZ) has entered the market of agricultural insurance. The insurer counts on the support of the Zambian National Farmers Union (ZNFU) to carry out an awareness campaign among the populations concerned. PICZ offers farmers insurance solutions to cover the loss of crops or livestock.

The company also hopes to strengthen its position in the market by improving the service quality of non-life risks. Policyholders are immediately compensated for damages to windscreen, for theft of car accessories, personal electronic equipment and homewners' risks.
