Peter Zaffino has been named chairman of the board of American International Group (AIG). He succeeds Brian Duperreault, who shall leave the group's board by the end of 2021. The appointment is effective 1 January 2022.
P. Zaffino will continue to serve as chairman and CEO of AIG.
