The National Authority for Probity, Prevention, and Fight against Corruption (INPPLC), the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS), and the Moroccan Insurance Federation (FMA) have signed a partnership framework agreement aimed at strengthening transparency and preventing corruption within the insurance sector.
Under this agreement, the three institutions commit to:
- organizing training programs, joint seminars, and awareness campaigns;
- conducting studies, research, and risk mapping;
- supporting insurance companies in implementing systems to prevent and combat corruption.
The agreement was signed during a brainstorming session held on 25 October 2025 in Casablanca, organized by the INPPLC, ACAPS, and FMA under the theme: “Assessing corruption risks to enhance transparency in the insurance sector.”
