Partnership between DBS Bank and Chubb

Singaporean bank DBS has signed a bancassurance agreement with American damage insurer Chubb. The latter will, henceforth, be able to sell its insurance products through the bank’s agencies in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.

The partnership will later be extended to include the Indonesian market. The deal that covers a 15-year period has been estimated at 350 million USD.
