Omani listed insurers: 2022 preliminary results

Badri Management Consultancy has released the preliminary 2022 results of all listed Omani insurers.

As of 31 December 2022, insurance companies have recorded a 30% increase in their overall turnover to reach 523 million OMR (1.354 billion USD).

With a 44% market share, National Life & General Insurance (NLIF) has kept its leading position with a 58% growth in written premiums.

The ten listed insurers have generated an annual net profit of 17 million OMR (44.022 million USD), showing a 5.5% decline compared to the 18 million OMR (46.613 million USD) posted by the end of 2021.
