Oman Insurance divests its Turkish subsidiary Dubai Sigorta

Oman Insurance has sold its entire 100% stake in the capital of Dubai Sigorta. Dubai Sigorta's acquirer is VHV Reasurans, the Turkish subsidiary of the German insurance group VHV.

The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed by the two parties.

This acquisition is in line with the transformation and simplification strategy of the Emirati insurer.
