Old Mutual enters the capital of UAP Holdings, Kenya

As part of its expansion strategy , the South African insurer Old Mutual gains control of 23.3% stake in UAP Holdings, the insurance group headquartered in Nairobi.

UAP Holdings has insurance subsidiaries in Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan, Rwanda, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo and Mauritius.
