Old Mutual embarks on bancassurance

Old Mutual, the leader of the South African insurance sector, supplements its range of services with the launching of its new banking branch, Old Mutual Bank, in a joint venture (50/50) with the South African banking giant, Nodcor.

Old Mutual will benefit from a solid network of 2 500 agents and 3000 brokers to spread its new banking services throughout its insurance client network (insurers' assets).
