Old Mutual is ceding 77% of Mutual & Federal Insurance

According to a london newspaper, the South African Old Mutual is on the verge of conceding the 77% stakes of the capital of its subsidiary Mutual & Federal Insurance to Royal Bafokeng which owns the country's platinum mines. Mutual & Federal Insurance's annual turnover amounts to 8 billion SAR (1.1 billion USD)
