Old Mutual cedes Gerrard for 356 million USD

The first South African insurer, Old Mutual, has sold the broking and banking services group, Gerrard Management Services, for an amount of 356 million USD. The operation which must be approved by the authorities of competition would carry the financing capacity of financing of the group to 1.2 billion USD.
