Old Mutual acquires RSA’s shares in Mutual & Federal Insurance

Old Mutual financial group has announced its takeover of the British Royal Sun Alliance shares in Mutual and Federal Insurance Company for the sum of 125 million USD. Old Mutual holdings of the stake would jump from 51% to 81%.
