Odyssey Re, Brian D. Young promoted chairman and general manager

Brian D. Young has been promoted chairman and general manager of Odyssey Re. He has taken over Andrew A. Barnard, who was entrusted with other duties within the parent company Fairfax Financial Holdings. Brian D. Young has held for 15 years number of management positions at Odyssey Re. The appointment came into effect as of April 1, 2011.
