NSIA Assurances Côte d'Ivoire launches online motor insurance claims service

NSIA Assurances Côte d'Ivoire has introduced a fully digital service for reporting and tracking motor insurance claims.

Policyholders can now report accidents, upload photo evidence, complete the necessary forms, and track the progress of their claims in real time, all from their smartphones.

This new digital solution also allows for rapid compensation, with payouts processed in as little as 90 minutes for claims under 1 million CFA francs (1 800 USD).
