Noor Takaful: 2022 results

Noor Takaful Limited has ended the financial year 2022 with a turnover of 4.97 billion NGN (11.08 million USD), showing a 36.16% increase compared to the 3.65 billion NGN (8.86 million USD) recorded a year earlier.

However, the Nigerian insurer's net result has dropped by 41.42%, going from 816 million NGN (1.97 million USD) in 2021 to 478 million NGN (1.06 million USD) a year later.

At the company's 6th Annual General Meeting, held on 18 October 2023 in Lagos, Nigeria, the Board of Directors proposed a dividend of 0.03 NGN per share.
