Nomination of Khalid Ali Al Bustani as vice president of ARIG group

Mr. Khalid Ali Al Bustani, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Management was appointed Vice Chairman of the Group. Mr. Al Bustani is the Assistant Secretary to the Ministry of Finance and Industry. He joined ARIG's Board of Directors in October 2002 as a state representative. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of the Arab Bank for Investment and Foreign Trade and member of the Board of Management of several major organizations in the United Arab Emirates.
