New Year's gift: discount on accident insurance

The Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) is offering a bodily injury insurance of 100 000 THB (2 984 USD) for a premium of only 10 THB (0.29 USD) for one month. The offer is valid until 25 February 2022.

The OIC is also offering motorcyclists 10 000 free insurance policies covering road accidents.

This initiative marks the Thai government's willingness to offer New Year gifts to the population after a difficult year due to the pandemic.
