New reinsurer, Amlin Re Europe is getting settled in Zurich

Zurich has confirmed its rank as a major reinsurance hub with the birth of a new reinsurer Amlin Re.Dotted with a capital of 1.4 billion USD, the group will be run by Swiss Re's former executives including Philippe Regazzoni, its founder and former member of Swiss Re's management board.
