A new insurance company came to strengthen the panel of insurers on the Libyan market. Called Al Mukhtar Insurance, the company, due to begin operations in January 2011, is dotted with a capital of 10 million LYD (8.3 million USD). The company will be run by Abdulatif Rekhaies.
