New appointments at Swiss Re

Swiss Re is reshuffling its senior management by appointing new executives in the company's key positions. Thomas Wellauer became Chief Operating Officer (COO) as of October 1, David Cole will take over Raj Singh as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) on November 1. Christian Mumenthaler will be appointed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) on January 1, 2011. Agostino Galvani was appointed Corporate Solutions’ CEO as of October 1. All  newly-appointed staff are, henceforth, members of the senior management.
