New appointments at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI)

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI), the subsidiary of Warren Buffet's holding company handling insurance and reinsurance operations, has made two new appointments to its management team.

Sanjay Godhwani has been named president, North America region, and David Bresnahan has been appointed chief operating officer (COO).

Both new hires will be based in Boston, USA.
