Nationale Suisse strengthens in Spain

Nationale Suisse Group has acquired a portfolio of insurance to the Spanish group Asefa.

The portfolio of property insurance and combined property insurance, has recorded in 2013 a total premium of 29 million USD.

The two groups have jointly decided not to disclose the amount of the transaction, still awaiting approval of the authorities.
