Name change for AFRE Corporation

The second Zimbabwean insurance group, Africa First Renaissance Corporation (AFRE) has been renamed. The new name, Mutual Holdings was approved by the general assembly of 4 June 2013. An independent firm had previously concluded that the previous name was not adequate with that of its subsidiaries. The name of Mutual Holdings originates from that of its subsidiary, First Mutual.
