Munich Re : Q1 2021 results

As of late March 2021, Munich Re posted a quarterly turnover of 14.551 billion EUR (17.07 billion USD), that is a 1.9% increase compared to the same period in 2020.

During Q1 2021, the net profit amounted to 589 million EUR (691.3 million USD), that stands for a 166% growth compared to the late March 2020 results.

The operating result increased by 101% from 397 million EUR (438.9 million USD) at 31 March 2020 to 798 million EUR (936.6 million USD) one year later.
