Munich Re Africa, establishment of a non life division

Following the activity cessation, in last July, of Munich Mauritius Reinsurance Company (MMRC), a subsidiary of Munich Reinsurance Company of Africa, the portfolio of the mentionned company will now be managed by a new Non-Life International Client Management Division, based in Johannesburg.

The new client management entity will be managed by Allan Joe who will assume his duties in January 2016. He will be assisted by Linda Osei-Akoto and Chrispin Onyancha. L. Osei-Akoto, Regional Head West Africa, will operate from the Accra liaison office (Ghana) while C. Onyancha, Regional Head East Africa, will be responsible via the Nairobi office (Kenya).
