According to the The Moroccan Federation of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies (FMSAR), the online motor claim platform will be made available in all Moroccan cities starting 1 December 2022.
This initiative aims to convert the paper accident report into an online format.
The electronic claim form "e-constat", developed by FMSAR and ACAPS, provides its users with easy and quick access to information in case of a road accident.
