Motor insurance: deployment of the e-report in Morocco

After a test phase in Casablanca in February 2022, the e-report application has been operational in all Moroccan cities since 1 December 2022.

Developed by the Moroccan Federation of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies (FMSAR), the solution allows motorists to report a material accident to insurance companies online. It is about digitizing the classic paper amicable report into an electronic one.

The implementation of the e-report is an important step in accelerating the digital transformation of the Moroccan insurance market.
