Momentum Metropolitan acquires Alexander Forbes' non-life insurance business

Momentum Metropolitan has finally obtained the approval of the South African authorities for the acquisition of Alexander Forbes' non-life activities. The transaction amounted to 130.1 million USD.

This merger between the two non-life companies was announced for the first time in July 2019.
