Momentum acquires Alexander Forbes Insurance Company

Momentum Short Term Insurance Namibia (MSTI Namibia) acquires Alexander Forbes Insurance Company Namibia (AFI Namibia) for 50 million ZAR (2.6 million USD).

The transaction is subject to the approval of the Namibian supervisory authorities and is expected to be concluded by the second half of 2020.
