Mike Wells appointed head of Prudential

Mike Wells has been appointed CEO of Prudential replacing Tidjane Thiam who joined the Credit Suisse.

Mr. Wells, currently president and general manager of Jackson National Life Insurance (a subsidiary of Prudential in the United States) will hold his new position on June 1^st.
