Metropolitan Life Insurance acquired by Verod Capital

Metropolitan Life Insurance Nigeria, a subsidiary of Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited (MMI Holdings), has been acquired by Verod Capital.

According to a press relase dated 18 September 2019, Verod Capital would have obtained the approval of the Nigerian regulator to acquire 100% of the the South African MMI Holdings' stakes in the life insurer Metropolitan Life.
