Merger between six Turkish insurance companies

A merger between six state-owned insurance companies and pension funds^* has created the largest insurance and pension company in Turkey. The aim of the operation is to enhance the competitiveness of the public sector.

The merger will bring dynamism to the Turkish insurance market by increasing business efficiency and reducing costs.
