The merger between MCMA and MAMDA is expected in 2010

The recent amendment of the insurance code has consolidated both companies' merger project for which the authorities gave consent. The members should provide their approval to the said project during the next general assemblies. This merger is likely to allow the companies run by Abed Yacoubi Soussane to better deal with competition and to maximize the group's resources.
