Merger between Fidelity and United Insurance forges a new identity

The recent rapprochement between United Insurance Company (United Arab Emirates) and Fidelity Assurance and Reinsurance (Lebanon) has established a new company entitled Fidelity United. The news was announced during a ceremony organised on the 21st of March 2019.

The leaders of the companies took part in the event among which chairman Nawwaf Ghobash Ahmed Ghubash Almarri, vice-chairman Ricardo Maurice Sleiman, the CEO Bilal Adhami along with the board members and other significant figures of the insurance business.
