Merger between AlAhli Takaful and Arabian Shield

AlAhli Takaful Company and Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) for a possible merger. The two companies are negotiating the final terms of the transaction.

If an agreement is reached, the merger will be carried out through an exchange of shares between the two companies.

The merged entity will be operating as Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company and will be based in Riyadh.
