The Board of Directors of Chanas Assurances held an Extraordinary Meeting on 7 November 2025, during which May Daphné Ngallé-Miano was appointed Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term.
M. Ngallé-Miano succeeds Bibiane Francine Mbia, who had been serving as Acting CEO since August 2025, following the dismissal of Henri Théodore Bayouak.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, M. Ngallé-Miano joins Chanas Assurances with a strong background in financial management and strategic leadership. She holds a degree in Business Strategy from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris (HEC Paris).
