American brokerage group Marsh McLennan will begin operating under the name Marsh in January 2026 as part of a major rebranding initiative, which will also include the introduction of a new logo.
Following a transition period, the group’s subsidiaries will adopt new names starting in 2027. Both Marsh and Mercer will operate under the unified Marsh brand. Oliver Wyman will continue to market its services under the name Oliver Wyman, a Marsh Business, while its operating unit, Oliver Wyman Group, will be renamed Marsh Management Consulting. Meanwhile, Guy Carpenter will be rebranded as Marsh Re.
As part of these changes, the company’s stock ticker symbol will change from MMC to MRSH in January 2026.
In addition, Marsh has announced the creation of a new division called Business and Client Services (BCS), which aims to enhance the client experience through a data ecosystem driven by artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies.
