Mandatory health insurance rates for expatriates and foreign visitors in Qatar

The compulsory health insurance rate for expatriates and foreign visitors in Qatar has been set at 50 QAR per month (13.6 USD).

The rates have been fixed before the opening of the Football World Cup scheduled for 20 November 2022 where the country expects more than one million visitors.

As a reminder, the compulsory health insurance scheme for expatriates and foreign visitors in Qatar came into effect in May 2022.
