The managers will, henceforth, be held accountable for their mistakes

The National Insurance Commission has launched a training program for the managers of insurance companies. These courses are designed to train the managers on the rules of corporate governance by initiating them to the basic principles, a code of conduct and typical underwriting manuals. Following this program, managers will be held accountable for mismanagement within their company.
