Lloyd's refused to reimburse Michael Jackson’s tour

The Lloyd's are appealing to the court to defend their rejection of the claim file, presented by the organizers of the tour, "This is it" by Michael Jackson.
The insurer has invoked the alleged misrepresentation of the singer. He reportedly claimed to have never needed a doctor since 2005 except during plastic surgery, nor has he ever mentioned having taken any powerful drugs, including Propofol.
