Lloyd’s includes artificial intelligence in its work chain

Lloyd’s has signed an agreement with Expert System, a company specialized in the development of cognitive analysis software. Pursuant to this partnership, Lloyd’s will now use the “Cognito” program, a software capable of understanding and analyzing documents, manage contracts, process claim reports and interact with customers.

This initiative will enable the London-based group to reduce operating costs and improve customer relationship.
