Lloyd Assurances has won the "Elected Customer Service of the Year 2026" award in the Insurance category for the first time.
This distinction was presented at the seventh edition of the "Élection du Service Client de l’Année Tunisia (ESCDA)" awards ceremony, held on 16 December 2025 in Tunis.
The ESCDA label was established in France in 2007 by Ludovic Nodier and has since expanded internationally, including into Tunisia in 2019.
