Leon-Paul Ngoulakia remains at the head of CICA RE

The Cica-Re executive board meeting in Libreville (Gabon) has renewed Mr. Léon-Paul Ngoulakia three-year mandate. The company which has recently proceeded with an 8.5 million USD-increase of its capital, will indulge during the course of the year 2004 in the construction of its new headquarter in Lome. Cica-Re hopes to achieve a 26.4-million-USD turnover and a net profit of 1.3 million USD in 2003.
