Kuwaitis will not pay for damage to insured rental cars

The Kuwaiti government has drafted a standardized contract that protects the legal rights of the parties involved in a car rental contract.

A car rental agency can no longer charge renters for the cost of repairing an insured vehicle in the occurence of an accident.

Some agencies used to collect compensation from customers and insurance companies.
