KIPCO is selling the majority of its shareholding in Gulf Insurance

Kuwait Projects (KIPCO) has given its consent for the sale of 39.2% of Gulf Insurance's capital to the Canadian Fairfax. The deal is estimated at 209.6 million USD. Following this move, KIPCO will be holding only 43% of Gulf Insurance, the country's biggest insurance company.
