John Melcon in charge of marketing in Helm of Lancashire Holdings

John Melcon has been appointed General Manager in charge of marketing at Helm of Lancashire Holdings, Middle East.
Prior to that, he had been entrusted with the duties of General Manager at Al Khazna Insurance Company in Abu Dhabi. John Melcon will be based in Dubai.
