JLT launches a brokerage company in South Africa

Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) and BEE Partners have launched a brokerage joint venture in South Africa owned by JLT as a major shareholder and covering the entire continent. The decision to create a new structure in the country was expedited by rumours of the acquisition of Glenrand MIB by AON. Glenrand MIB has been JLT’s partner in South Africa for three years.
