An insurance institute to see the light of day soon

Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Emirati economy minister has announced the establishment of an insurance institute in association with the supervisory authorities. Talks are underway with Chartered Insurance Institute; the British training organization specialized in the area of insurance.

The certification of programs is part of the topics on the agenda of talks. The first courses are due to start in the second half of the year. The authorities are intent on setting up academic structures for the purpose of training nationals.
