Ilhem Bouaziz, new Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of UIB Assurances

Ilhem Bouaziz has been appointed Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of UIB Assurances, the life insurance subsidiary of Union Internationale des Banques (UIB). She will succeed Kamel Neji, who is stepping down on 31 December 2025.

A graduate of EM Lyon Business School (France) and the Tunisian Institute of Directors (ITA), among others, Ilhem Bouaziz joined UIB in 2017.

Over the past eight years, she has held several senior leadership roles within the bank, including her current position as Deputy CEO of Retail Banking.
