Upon holding an ordinary general meeting on 27 April 2021, the board of directors of UBCI, decided to appoint Hassine Doghri chairman of the board of directors to replace Fathi Mestiri.
H. Doghri is the CEO of CARTE Assurances and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CARTE Vie.
The CARTE group became the reference shareholder of UBCI in March 2021 and controls 39% of its capital.
