Generali seeks European leadership

In 2018, Generali is committed to generating over 7.5 billion USD in cash flow and to paying no less than 5.4 billion USD of accrued dividends. The Italian group also aims to lead personal insurance class of business in Europe.

To achieve its goals, Generali plans to invest in the next three years 1.36 billion USD in the new platforms, information systems and data analysis tools.

Generali is already market leader in Italy. It is ranked second in Germany and is among the top five insurers in France.
